Fronius GEN24 is Now Available in United States of America

July 2024 - Fronius’ newest string inverter has arrived in the United States of America.  Setting new standards in solar inverter technology, offering future-proof flexibility and a SuperFlex design, the Fronius GEN24 is now ready to support the solar industry across the nation.

The first pallets of Fronius GEN24 inverters have officially shipped from the Fronius USA warehouse to premier distributors. Residential homes will soon benefit from Fronius GEN24 string inverters with power classes ranging from 3.8 to 10kW.

• Unbeatable PV Efficiency: Delivering the highest possible energy yield, the intelligent and highly efficient MPP tracking algorithm eliminates the need for DC optimizers.  The SuperFlex design offers unmatched flexibility in system planning ensuring the highest yields even on complex roofs.  Fronius’ Dynamic Peak Manager optimizes the performance and efficiency of your solar system further providing intelligent shade management.
• Future-Proof Long Service Life and Dependability with Innovative Backup Power Technology: Active Cooling Technology offers built-in longevity and safeguards electrical components from heat and performs even in high temperatures.  Fronius’ PV Point supplies energy while the sun is shining to a designated outlet without the need for a battery when the grid is down. The Up.storage software upgrade coming in late 2024, will give homeowners the flexibility to easily transition to a hybrid system, integrating battery storage to maximize energy usage and achieve greater independence from the grid.
• Easy Installation and Ongoing Support: Fronius GEN24 is designed with the installer in mind, featuring 180-degree screws and push-in spring clamps that eliminate the need for unnecessary tools, significantly reducing installation time.  Seamlessly design, commission, and monitor systems with the Fronius GEN24 inverters and Fronius digital tools.
